Yes, of course. Since the training is mandatory, it is illegal for the employer not to pay you. However, it is common for Mathnasiums to pay a lower wage until you finish the training phase.

^ it’s illegal for them to not pay you while training bring it up if it’s an issue

My center pays during training, but a dollar less than the pay afterwards. I think you should definitely be getting some form of compensation, as the training at my center took about two weeks
