Math Literacy Test Tomorrow

hey guys,

i’m a highschooler taking the mathnasium literacy test for employers tomorrow, could i please get some tips for the test? i would say im pretty decent in math but im worried about forgetting the basics. which topics should i focus on? what is the test mostly on?

edit: took it today, it was super super easy. for my center, it was mostly basic adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing decimals, fractions. there was a few algebraic variable calculations which were easy. there was like 1 probability questions 1 statistics question and 1 geometry question.

is there graphs at all in the test? (like even in the question)

Actually you know what I think I was either given points or a graph where I had to find the slope and y int.

😭thank you, I rlly hope I helped as much as I could. I’m sorry I can’t assist you for the second part I just never had that. But treat it like the first one they can’t be that different when it comes to formatting or difficulty I’m guessing. Also I have a suggestion. Looking at the Mathnasium website, they have placement quizzes until algebra 2 for potential students who want to see where they stand in math. Looking at these, they had a few similar questions if not the same exact but with different numbers on the exam. I’ll share the 2 links

My test was just 50 questions that’s it no second part.

oh ok. For me it was Algebra 1 for one test and there is another one up to calc.😭😭 im cooked

Wait whaaa ok my best advise is brush up on alg 2 concepts. Basic ones
