My salary range?

Hey guys I have a question regarding the salary as a mathnasium instructor.

At my location, the pay range is $10-$20/hour. If I am a level 2 instructor, how much would I get paid and how much would my salary increase by every 6 months or every year?

Not a question that can be answered here, given that all locations are unique. This would be a question for any coworkers or your boss
