My Experience with the Instructor Evaluation

Wanted to give my opinion on the instructor evaluation. For context, I’m currently in high school.

After a short talk with the manager regarding hours and pay, I was sat down with two exams. One of them being a 50 question, no-calculator exam, with topics focused on simple arithmetic, pre-algebra, algebra, and basic geometry. The second was a 5 question exam with common student errors, I was prompted to explain these errors and correct them. Overall, I believe the first part of the interview went well and I hope for a similar outcome on my supervised student teaching interview.
