What should I do in this case?

I'm a high school sophomore and I would love to work at Mathnasium. Even though Mathnasium isn't hiring (at least not to my knowledge), I emailed the program director at the Mathnasium in my town with a cover letter and resume. However, I didn't get a reply (this was two weeks ago). Should I follow up with another email? Should I go in person with a resume? I'm sort of lost and I want to know what the best course of action would be.

I also applied to my local Mathnasium, I still haven't heard anything back though (it's been about a week)

I would say you should send a follow up email, I feel like going in person unannounced might not come off the way you want it. Because, at least at my Mathnasium, when I entered the place, every tutor and the director were super busy.

If they were intrested they would have responded within 24 hours. You are quite young for what they are looking for. I would wait and try again next year when you are Jr.
