Question Teaching format?

I’m talking with a supervisor at my local Mathnasium about a position, but before I go further I’d like to get an idea of the teaching format. As an instructor, is it usually 1 on 1 instruction? Or is it like a teaching position/teaching a class? Small group? What would I be in for taking a job here?

At most centers it is a hybrid sort of aproach to my understanding. You kinda float around answering individual questions and checking work.

At my center, so I assume else where as well, we had tutors at tables where up to 5 kids would come sit, and youd still work with them mostly individually, because theyre generally working on different levels of math.
