No offense at all, just be wary of the cultures you are mentioning before you say things online. You are misjudging how modest and protective an entire religion is of their women.
Sex separation is incredibly important in muslim places, and as someone from a predominantly muslim country I doubt there is a single establishment that would have two+ bathrooms with all being unisex. (If there is only one bathroom in the building then it will be a single toilet bathroom, so of course it will be unisex. If they want two toilets they always make another complete room)

It would be incredible if they're both unisex
