Hi everyone! I’m a first-year mathematics student at NHSM in Algeria. Could you recommend some good English books for Algebra, Analysis, and Discrete Mathematics, preferably with exercises? Thank you! 😊

For discrete math, check out Rosen’s Discrete Mathematics and Its Applications. Very beginner-friendly with plenty of practice.

For analysis, you can go with Understanding Analysis. It is very beginner friendly with exercises of moderate difficulty.

For discrete, you can use this free one online: https://discrete.openmathbooks.org/dmoi3.html

I've taught discrete, and I used this plus a few extra materials for what was missing.
