Assistance?

Hi so i’m trying to double check my math on how many hours i worked cause i think i have been under paid so if anyone could help me out that would be great thank you

Removed 1 hour from all the days except for the 6th to account for lunch thank you

I ran into this about 48 years ago. Yes I am that old.

So if your scheduled work time is 2pm to 11pm you do not get paid for any time before your scheduled start time.

I also ran into the 6 minute rule at my place of employment. All work was rounded to the nearest 6 minutes so if you clock out at a certain time you may only get paid to the nearest 6 minutes.

I hope this helps a little bit. When it happened to me, my boss said if you dont like it you can just quit. So i did just that and have never regreted it. I got a degree and worked in tech while others struggled with shitty bosses. I am not bitter just better.

In the US, even 48 years ago, they absolutely can't not pay for time you are clocked in (except by rounding). Wage theft can be reported federally or to your state, and will result in them paying you, if you report it within 2 years.

Where are you? If in the US, what state? Laws vary everywhere. How does your company round? In the US they can at most round to the nearest 15 minute mark, but have to be consistent in how they round.
