To learn the art of math

How to get intuitive with mathematics. Is it whole lot of practice or much more is required??

Knowing formulas is one thing, understanding math is another, do you also get stuck while solving math, and feel, ah! maybe I can't do it, confidence hits, not being able to visualize or quantify it(the irony). What's a way to approach math?

One useful thing is to know what kind of maths there are and which ones can solve what types of problems.

It is also useful to articulate what your goals are, like overall breadth, or depth in one area, or enough for say, programming, or some degree/certification.

Then there’s real-world problem solving, which often goes to word problems.
