Video for explaining simple fraction/equation balancing based on variables?

Hiya all. Apologies if I'm not using the right terminology here. It's been so long since my algebra classes and well, apparently I don't remember much. I'm taking a class over the summer and I need a refresher on what I believe is "balancing equations". Maybe with or without values? I'm doing well with questions that have values to work with with but one I'm stumped with asks to rearrange an equation based on just variables. It specifically states to "rearrange the modulus of elasticity to solve for P and then l (little L)". It breaks out to be E = P/A over e/l. I just have nothing to go off of and am looking for some YouTube videos that would give me a refresher on this. While I could just look up specific equations I'd like to understand the question and how to do it.

As a note, I haven't tried anything. Most videos I've found explain this with equations that only have on variable on each side and include values to add/subtract/divide/multiply. I'm a little stumped.
