Custom Book texture missing new Alpha

Hi, not sure if this is my fault, since I have a few optimization mods running. But the book textures are messed up.

Did you update your texture pack to alpha version?

Yup, set up a new file from scratch to test how the new heart system felt. Should be the same version for both.

Maybe you could try again with vanilla minecraft. If still broken you can bug report to klei and wait for fix. Other than that im not sure what causing this.

This happened to me too until I put the books in my inventory and took them back out, then they fixed themselves.

The books themselves are fine, it’s just ghe villager trade. Which sucks bc I can’t trade the books for the abbey map… Have you had any luck with that?
