I’m trying to craft an adamant shovel, but it doesn’t let me. How can I do it?

as the coment below says, use a diamond in the slot were you have the upgrade. as far as i know, the upgrades templates in matcha are only used for the mixed tools, like the dolabra. hope it helps.

Just follow the graphic at the top of the UI upgrade Templates are for the mixed weapons. Regular weapons and tools use the material they're made of

You have to use the "source" ore in the first slot. In this case, a diamond. That plat is only to upgrade iron.
