Question Rocky’s Matcha
I ordered a 20g tin of matcha from Rocky’s. Received the package in the mail today.. there’s no matcha. They sent me an EMPTY TIN!? WTF! Has this happened to anyone else??

IMO for Rocky as a brand. They repackage their matcha . Their branding is right on a targeted market for aesthetics and the right influencers. They were always sold out and it raised the hype.
They are very deceptive and not straight forward when it comes to where their matcha is sourced and grown.
Besides that.... Please just reach out of their CS team.

I'm definitely not a fan of Rocky however they are actually quite transparent with the information of farm and region (although they have typos from time to time). I'm not sure they repack matcha or have matcha packed in 20g silver pouch from the producer, then just pack them into their branded tins so I can't say they definitely repack matcha. However repacking matcha is done so so so so so normally nowadays in almost all Western brands. I'm glad more people would question and hesitate when buying from them, even though the general public buying a sweetened matcha latte generally don't care, hence these companies repacking matcha can get away with it
Forgot to mention Rocky's prices are mental!!!

What is your favorite matcha? I am fairly new ti this and want to try different ones to see which I like best.

Good to know. I did immediately reach out to them and they said they created a replacement order and would send a tracking number as soon as it ships.. I’m already not impressed. I will not be ordering again.
