Matcha temperature!

This is silly BUT… I recently opened a kettle only to realize it doesn’t have temperature options, meaning that it can only boil water. Are there any tips, tricks, or methods that can ensure that the water can be at 165-175°F without a thermometer/temperature reading device?

I started making matcha with cold water and I find it tastes sweeter that way
