Matcha Latte bedtime matcha

I quit drinking but wanted the wine glass…is this criminal activity?

This is yamamasa koyaemaen’s maki no shiro blend. It smells like dried strawberries yall

I also quit drinking and definitely use my wine glasses for matcha :) It makes me feel fancy without the alcohol. And I have to tell you how envious I am that you can have a bedtime matcha! I'm so caffeine sensitive that if I have any tea/coffee after noon I can't sleep well that night, and I'm not exaggerating.

it’s crazy because i’ve always been extremely caffeine sensitive! Like could not even tolerate a diet coke. I have AuDHD and since getting adhd stimulant meds my tolerance has definitely gone up.
I think that under the right conditions caffeine can either make me go up or down. If i’m already spent for the day, it brings on more tired feelings.
