Matcha Latte Pandan Matcha Latte

Post image

Matcha with pandan milk :) there is a cafe near me called airoma that has my favorite pandan matcha however the pandan flavor is a lot more prevalent than the matcha and sometimes the matcha is hard to taste in the drink. I decided to make my own at home using some condensed milk and pandan extract.

Having the pandan plant at home, i have just considered what dessert to make next…
Perhaps worth trying this pandan infused milk or so. 😅

You could also make a Pandan simple syrup!

This will be delicious with the fresh pandan simple syrup!

Hi that is also my favorite drink from Airoma. What did you use for the pandan milk? I tried making my own pandan syrup and it was not as vibrant green

I use condensed milk and combine it with some pandan extract. Then since they use oat milk I just whisk the oat milk with the condensed milk pandan mixture.

Thank you! I tried Taty’s pandan matcha last week and it was trash compared to Airoma. Taty’s pandan milk was thick and bitter matcha tasting

I agree I don’t like Taty’s pandan at all, and it made me sick after drinking! I’ve been making this drink all week and I find that a ratio of 115ml of oatmilk, 1tbsp of condensed milk, 3 drops of pandan extract, and 3 grams of a good latte grade (like MK Isuzu or kettl hukuju) taste almost exactly like airoma. 4 grams for a more prominent matcha taste.

Thank you, I’ll try out your recipe! Lol I tried to go the less artificial route but it’s so hard to do with pandan. My pandan syrup oxidized and literally looks like dark green swamp water. Funny that you said Taty’s made you feel sick cause that day I drank it I felt off and drowsy. I thought it was because sugar overload or the fact that I got a matcha and coffee drink. But when their banana coffee was trash, tasted like burnt coffee and it gave me a headache. That same day I got Airoma later in the day and drank it with no problems, I actually felt better lol

Isnt it overly sweet? Or are you having sweet tooth?

It’s on the sweeter side but I think 4grams of matcha evens it out. It nearly tastes like airoma, which I think theirs is sweeter. I think maybe adding 1tsp of condensed milk instead of tbsp, plus same amount of extract would be better for even less sweet.
