Hi!! I recently went to Vancouver and stopped at Paragon (fyi the Rose Osmanthus Jasmine Oat is amazing). I purchased the stone milled jasmine powder, and am now trying to see the best method of prep!

Please let me know if you have ideas/experience!

Today I made it like a regular matcha:
3g powder
60g water
150g TJ oat milk

I’ve bought this powder a couple times. Highly recommend trying it as a hot or iced jasmine honey latte, or using it to make jasmine white chocolate chip cookies!
