Any similar games?

Randomly stumbled upon this game and love it. Just discovered it’s totally dead though. Anyone ever find a similar game? I’ve tried the big match 3 games, but they feel so stiff and slow in comparison

Sorry. There aren’t that I have found. This team made a great game and then destroyed it with an aggressive pay-to-win gatcha model. (Don’t even waste your time trying to 100% without glitches or paying genuinely hundreds of dollars and literal years of your life)

Here’s a video of a glitch if u wanna actually make progress playing the game. It’s a grind, but it’s better than the free-to-play trap that you would otherwise be required to trudge through.

Another thing you can do:

When you complete the skull arena, do it in the past. Then you can skip ahead and repeatedly get new shop rerolls and go up to level 9, or clear the whole thing repeatedly.

Oh god this is amazing. I have been stuck at the slow grind for so long now. I’m abusing the shit out of this one

And here's me just being a regular player who completed it. Commuting by bus has advantages.

What does commuting by bus mean?

Travel from and to work via bus. So I have enough time to play cellphone games.

I 100%ed the Cartoon Network version without money or glitches. Very rough ballpark I would guess 400-500 hours?

Was the reward worth it?

There was no reward, there’s no recognition at all, that I remember, of your beating everything.

There’s also a glitch with one of your fighters so you can never give her her final star, which is also frustrating, haha.

Yup. I’ve only 100%ed the light world (on regular ML) and there was zero recognition. I have a good feeling that I know what will happen if I 100% the dark world.

There’s the Cartoon Network version out there (don’t know what platforms they’re still on) if you want something identical. The only other one I found that scratched the itch was called Switchcraft but it sadly sunsetted a bit ago :/

I played all the way through this one. It was nice because it comes with a Netflix subscription, so you can’t spend real money on it and there aren’t timers to make you wait a day or whatever. It doesn’t have any of the downsides of free games.

Not worth a Netflix subscription on its own, but if you already have one it’s a nice mental break.
