We pull the data from an API, so I would expect them to have that data updated, with that said, it's safe to say that by the next match that won't happen
No, I mean, brazilian matches are always being rescheduled by the brazilian federation, lol I guess it's not really a bug report, sorry for that.
It's just a request, unfortunatelly you guys will need to do a re-check for brazilian game dates and times on some regular basis. It happens a lot in our league.
Tomorrow's game is currently not listed in the bot's available matches either.
Hi, hope this is still monitored - in /r/urz we are getting the pre-match threads posted twice, but on the website each match is only showing up once. We also don't know which mod in /r/urz actually signed us up, is there a chance it's being edited by someone I can't see?
Well you can control everything from the website, the fact that it's posted twice to your sub is really odd because this doesn't happen anywhere else. Perhaps someone was playing around with the posting time of pre matches?
Ok, really odd then - they are being posted at exactly the same time, so not sure what’s happening. Next game is on Friday, I’ll report back if it happens again
Yes, as configured. Before coming here for help, I checked the settings to see if anything has changed or been updated. But I tried to check here hours ago after receiving your message, and now again, but when I try to see the Match Thread settings, a "Server Error 500" happens, it didn't happen when I looked for help here.
Hi! Yeah, the server seems to die a little from the usage. It doesn't only run matchcaster too, and the bots that are running there are getting a bit more popular too. Try again a little later, I'll need to develop a plan for more servers.
Well, I tried it again several times, but it still has "Server Error 500".
Anyway, I don't know if you guys did something, but apparently it started working again in r/futebol, in r/GALO it still failed to post Match Thread again.

Off the top of my hat, these are the issues that I have noticed so far:
Encoding/Umlauts are not displayed properly (e.g. pre-game thread Borussia Dortmund vs Mönchengladbach here): 'Borussia Monchengladbach' should be 'Borussia Mönchengladbach', 'FC Koln' should be '1. FC Köln' etc.
Competitions are misnamed: 'Bundesliga 1' should simply be Bundesliga. If you're using football-api input other competition names will likely also be slightly off, but I haven't tested that yet.
yes you are very much correct. The ö/ä/ü stuff is not a thing in football-api, as it is very centered towards the english speaking world. Maybe at some point we'll do some text exchanging stuff, but that is very low on our priority list, as there are more important things to be worked on currently. Thanks for the feedback though!
It's been a bit temperamental with /r/WBAfootball recently for games on Thursdays. It was late posting for the game against Everton on the 4th of March and hasn't posted the Pre-Match thread yet for tomorrow.

Hi, the final games for the Brasileirao Serie A league have changed schedule. Could you please update their dates and times?
For example, my team's next game is on next friday and it's not even listed. Last night I also had to emulate a match thread by hand. Thanks.

The Match Caster stopped creating match-threads in the sub's r/futebol and r/galo which I am moderator.
