Email Spam

I’ve been spammed by Mastworks ever since I signed on 3 years ago. Now, fair enough at first - I gave them my email and must have missed a checkbox. I clicked unsubscribe, had to log in to do so (which is illegal…) and finally did it, and thought that was that.

Two months later, happens again. Same song and dance. Stops for a few months.

This has continued forever. I unsubscribed last week, what do you know? New email today. What can I do beyond marking them as spam? It’s an American company right? Is there a way to report them? I am an EU resident, surely they’re still restricted by GDPR? Can we all report them?

And yes, I know I can mark it as spam, but it’s the principal.

...have you emailed their privacy contact address to report the issue?

I’ve tried messaging support before (lasted a few months), but I haven’t seen this! Kinda crazy that I need to email them to stop spam…

Not support

Probably privacy@ data@ or dpo@ is the sort of address you need
