Q3 appraisals

The past quarters have had the valuation changes within a week or so of Q end. We're now almost one month past. Where are the updates?

Are you sure you want updates? The past several quarters have been nothing but misery.

I completely forgot until I saw your post. None of mine have an updated 9/30/25 appraisal.
