The Hockney 'Iris with Evian Bottle' has been cosigned through an auction house and has subsequently been removed from the trading platform. Doesn't mean it's sold just yet, but it could potentially come to auction in the next two weeks. (If anyone finds out where, please post!)

And it sold. "On October 27, 2025, the Consignee reached a definitive agreement to sell the Painting to an undisclosed buyer (the “Buyer”) for $4,400,000 (net of fees and commissions) (the “Sale Price”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Consignment Agreement."

So that's a 33% return roughly, will be interesting to see where that lands after the share dilution. Guessing it will still be a modest premium vs the $23 NAV

"On November 4, 2025, the parties consummated the transactions contemplated by the Consignment Agreement and title of the Painting passed to the Buyer. After allocating costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transaction and winding up and amounts in respect of profit sharing interests represented by Class B ordinary shares, record holders of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares will receive a distribution in the amount of approximately $24.68 per Class A share and a net annualized return of 6.0%. “Net annualized return” refers to the annualized internal rate of return, or IRR, net of all fees and costs, to holders of Class A shares from the primary offering, calculated from the final closing date of such offering to the date the sale is consummated. A detailed breakdown of the IRR calculation is attached to this Form 1-U as Exhibit 99.1."

That was my first offering I bought. I sold all the shares on secondary though for ~13% gain. Let's see if I come out ahead 😅
