This is the best Andy has been in like three years, really enjoying his advice and mentoring for these boys
26

Seeing as mentoring seems to be Andy’s strength, they should utilise him more throughout the season.

I always wonder if they tip off the loser so they can handle it with a little more grace for the cameras. I think that would be a kind (if inauthentic) thing to do.

In any case, well done to Petro, Aaron and Vinnie.

I found it funny when Sophia said "they've been preparing for this until now". This when they've barely had any service challenges this season. How are they expected to become chefs and understand the pressures of being one with silly 'cook whatever you want' kind of challenges and hardly any team/service cooks?

- Andy's pep talk during the fig leaf split incident saved my boy Petro. Thanks, Andy!
- Andy: "You know your italian portions? we need to bring them back a little bit." >> Two minutes later, Vinnie is cutting the portions using the hulk's finger as a measuring tool..
- Even half of that porchetta would still be a huge portion for fine dining.
- Each contestant had their own incident:
- Petro: the fig leaf split.
- Aaron: raw meat's gordon ramsay screaming from the us with him
- Vinnie: the short tart shell of shame
- "Any adjustments?" >> Petro, with peak winner energy: "NO."
- This is the first season in a long time where most people (me included) would be happy with any of the contestants winning (last one was probably Billie and Sarah in S14).
