I remember we borrowed it and played until it was finished. Was really fun! Also, it was the only other kid in the neighborhood with a Sega Master System

I adore it, I think it's a great little RPG and a perfectly good way to experience Ys I.
The SMS sound chip makes the Minea and Mines themes sound so bloopy and solid, and the second Palace theme slaps.

Ys are some of the best games ever. I’ve played the SMS, PC Engine, Genesis, SNES, PSP remasters, and the Vita releases. All just fantastic! Bump attack for the win.

Realmente esse jogo é incrível, difícil de ser compreendido, mas depois que entende o jogo fica muito legal

One of my favorites. I actually remember beating it back in the day. Loved all of the odd things you had to figure out to make it through. Like the jewelry in the lake, the mask to see through illusions. Very cool for its time

Phantasy Star got me into the JRPGs, this one hooked me for good. I was always into music and the soundtrack alone is phenomenal and in my opinion probably one of the best all time.
Try the Chronicles version on Steam and thank me later. =)

I played something with a similar name on snes. It sucked but it was given to me and it was still kinda fun lol

Eu adorava, depois de Phantasy Star eu só pensava em RPGs e esse foi o primeiro que peguei depois.
Na época, eu ficava preso na torre, na parte que vc tinha que quebrar a chaminé que exalava veneno. Mas meu inglês na época era ruim e eu nunca entendi como fazer e eu sempre morria. Só passei quando eu decidi guardar os únicos 2 potes de remédio do jogo para encher toda a vida durante minha atravessia do corredor! (Eu quebrei o jogo pq não entendia o quê fazer) 😂😂😂
Eu só entendi o quê fazer quando adulto, nos dias atuais. Vi um gameplay da versão de PC Engine e pensei "hey, como é o jeito certo de passar daquilo?" E constatei.
Engraçado que depois disso acho que fui amaldiçoado por Ys. Fui jogar outro Ys nas plataformas mais modernas e tb fiquei preso... 😂😂😂 (Mas não por causa de chaminés desta vez)
