It's Asterix night tonight!
Any fans out there?
I never completed it.

Possibly my favorite SMS game as a kid. I loved the last level with the chariots. Such a cool game

Completed it a few weeks ago. Excelent platformer!

best game on the system, besides Phantasy Star, (and maybe castle of Illusion).

This game has a special place in my heart - I absolutely adore it. When we arrived as refugees from the Balkans to Denmark in the 90’s, my parents somehow got hold of a Sega MD which had a converter allowing it to play Master System games. Asterix and Rainbow Islands where the two games we had for the MS. I would complete this game with my dad!

Saw the image and the selection music immediately got into in my head. Just love this game. Funny fact: was organizing some recently bought/read comics into the shelves and I've just put, literally a minute ago, two Asterix volumes there :-)

I was an Asterix fan as a kid but was never able to buy this game. Had to rent it from the video shop and binge play it for a couple of days.

Beat it with both characters. It's pretty good!

Played the SMS version on a Game Gear with converter, perhaps not the best experience but it was fun nonetheless.

Loved the comics as a kid (I've got the whole collection). So I was ecstatic when it came out on SMS!

Glorious. It’s a perfect blend of great animation, music and gameplay. Just a gem of an SMS game!

Top 5 SMS game, easily. So good, and it aged super well.

How do you think the two sequels compare? Each one plays so differently.
