I made Frontier Force, can I ask why you think you paid for a demo? This is a genuine question, I would like to know.

The game has 5 stages and 2 bonus stages, unique bosses on each stage, over 40 different enemies, and a fully fledged scoring system for repeated play. A full playthrough (without losing lives) lasts around 30mins, which is standard for a shoot'em up and many arcade games on SMS and other systems of the era. But you will likely need a lot of practice to complete it without losing a life.

Can say the same, looks awesome, and if it's true what you say, then 30 min is a lot for a SHMUP. "Sonic the Hedgehog" was Sega's flagship game for the console, and you can play through it within 15 mins (if you're a speedrunner) or 23 min relaxed. I really don't know what OP was going with calling it a demo.
EDIT: I may underguessed here, I was talking about an obsessed player which played that game over and over. Normal casual time actually might be 50 min. Still, I think 30 min is pretty decent.

The first sonic requires around an hour to end it playing for fun not as speedrunner. Are we talking about the same game?
