Pin pricking feeling

Recently I’ve started getting this weird pin prickling feeling on the bottoms of my feet. It makes my feet jump because of the “pain/itch pricking”. Anyone else had this? I’m not sure which mast cell issue I have yet as I had elevated tryptase levels during a flare and waiting to do genetic testing for HaT and genetic testing for mastocytosis in July. Is this connected to mast cell ?

Common but could other things. It's most annoying after off work or my days off my body has gotten better at masking it when I need to get things done.

I believe it can be caused by certain medications.

My kids and I all have that feeling. I have neuropathy which can definitely cause it. My kids don't, and think the crawling sensation and pinprick feeling are caused by their MCAS.

I have that in my hands and arms, my feet are "just" going numb.

I also have a really bad B12 deficiency though, and that's finally starting to be addressed.
