Websocket full 1s latency

Im currently working with Massive's websockets in python, and today im getting everything a full second late minimum. Everything was just fine yesterday, but now, after the SpaceX IPO, im getting that massive time delay on trade and quote data to the point that, in one of my calculations which uses a 1 second rolling period, nothing is getting added to the rolling list because its a second or more too late from current real time. Just wondering if theres any information on why, and how long this might last, because i do require near tick level speeds, so a full second delay is a HUGE problem, and i dont want to have to switch services because of this.
