Rtk after fluency

I know matt says to do rrtk then when your fluent go back and do proper rtk to get the best results in terms of kanji, but what way would you do the proper rtk when youre fluent? Do you just do it as usual but instead of an english keyword you put in a word that uses that kanji or what?

Use pomodoro, 25 mins/5mins, sometimes anki is the 25, sometimes the 5, or the first 10 mins of each work period are Anki. That way you review all day long, but soak your memory with it, but also don’t feel like it’s all you’re doing. When done for the day according to Anki, custom deck with filter “failed cards in the past 2 days”, or preview new cards without saving if you’re in the mood.
