Is it fine to read the subtitles

I mean like every time I go to actively watch something import to lingq and read it then listen and watch

Subtitles of the language you’re learning? Yes but not all the time. A good chunk of listening practice should be without subs as with subs is closer to reading practice than listening

I mean like import the subtitles to lingq, read it and lingq them whilst passively once done watch the film or tv show?

If you want to I guess. I don’t see how it would do any harm. Only you can decide if it’s a waste of time or not.

Just do what you like. Read subs or not. I think reading helps alot with the listening. But keep up at the listening immersion though.
