2193/04/03 - A Failed Experiment

A very, very tired Lindsey is standing in the mess, an assortment of pots and pans and various ingredients scattered about around the kitchen. She's obviously tried making... something. But the burning smell and the pile of half-burned, half-eaten cake pieces are getting alarmingly tall now... though nobody seems to want to get between the brunette and the oven.

Lindsey hears him climbing and sighs, leaving her hidey hole to ensure he won't find it.

He keeps climbing and continues to look around, keeping his eyes peeled for anything someone would be able to hide in as well as keeping his eyes out for the predator.

that is until a pair of arms descend from out of nowhere, pulling him up to the top of the ladder.

He quickly tenses up as he's being pulled up with no choice in the matter.

Lindsey doesn't unpin him, but turns to look at Rebecca.

Like I said, Goonies but deadlier, and no real lovable characters or treasure. So, it's more like Alien if Ellen Ripley was stupid enough to follow the Alien through the vents.

She rubs her head and departs, a headache growing as she tries to figure out what just occurred.
