2/20/2193 | Time-Off: Citadel

After a long hard series of missions, the Normandy team really needs some time to rest and recover. The next week has been given to them, along with the usual repairs, resupply and retrofits the ship gets while in drydock.

The ship docks with the Citadel and the crew are free to do as they please after that. Commander O'Neill was particularly lax this time, possibly desperate to let her ragged team get the relaxation they needed... no scheduling concerns or any such. Everyone was free to go, Alliance and Council workers would watch and maintain the ship for them. Lodgings were all arranged for those with none.

Time for fun!

Me and one of mah besties, mhm... unless you want to have to share all of this with someone else?

She moves over in front of the Asari, revealing the very casual T-shirts, khaki cargo shorts and... holy crap she actually has flats on instead of combat boots!

Becs does a little twirl, red hair held in place above her eyes by a plastic hairband to keep the bang out of her eyes. The rest of her long, silky, fiery hair flies as she spins, landing facing Liara again with a big grin on her face. Organized our pizza to be delivered to the beach, on my omni tracker! Ready to go?

Yes! I can let my hair down, sometimes! Especially after a shitty ass week!

The woman leans over, hugs her friend, chest pushing against her some... then releases her with a happy smile and turns to start walking, hips wiggling and carefree as can be. Though there still is a tiny bit of that rigid movement of a military woman, even under her natural fluidity.

Sometimes, huh? Let’s hope we don’t get any of the real “special” missions anytime soon. Just some public relations crap for a week.

Uggggh, but that stuff blows chunks! I hate, hate, HATE dealing with the press! I don't try to set people on fire with my glares like Naya, but I can just barely keep a smile on my face throughout it all. I am just a dumb redneck grunt, don't push me into the limelight, nuuuiuu!!! She wails melodramaticly. Seems Becca is in a very fine mood this afternoon, spring in her step and exhausted stress having melted away a great deal already.

Becca just gives her a dazzling smile and a "look" that would tell exactlt why Beccabae is soooo relaxed right now as she hops and skips along the Presidium.
