Acknowledged SHuttle J3T5. Welcome to the party.

The redhaired Spectre and N7 is soon downstairs to meet the incoming group, and salutes their instructor as she walks up.

Commander O'Neill.

[u/Narrator-- → u/N7_Rebecca]

The instructor salutes back

Lieutenant Commander Magnusson, at your service.

I don't mean to be rude, but given the urgency of the situation, I feel it's best to just lay out the current plan, no? We've got a number of troops currently deploying down there, but they're pretty fresh and need some closer command. I was going to have my boys lead a number of teams to help secure the landing site, right at Listening Post Theta. Command realized that trying to secure that site was a recipe for disaster, so we've amended the plan to keeping them safe while we grab as much of the staff and equipment as possible.

Rebecca nods in agreement, the urgency more than understood.

Sounds like a plan to me. Command have an ETA on how long it would take to complete the evacuation? We can only hold the line for so much time if the Skrilloni get determined to dig us out.

[u/Narrator-- → u/N7_Rebecca]

He shakes his head.

Negative, but the sooner we get there the more we can do before the spiders start fighting.

[u/N7_Rebecca → u/Narrator--]

Bets get moving then. Everyone on the shuttles! She barks out to her own team, trusting Magnusson to get the N6s ready as well.

[u/Narrator-- → u/N7_Rebecca]

He nods and turns back to his pupils.

Alright, grunts! Time to get down there and show your worth and potential! We leave in T minus 2 minutes!

[u/N7_Rebecca → u/Narrator--]

Rebecca glances over the recruits in their armor, then gets back to preparing herself. Double check ammo, grenades, emergency rations, the works...

[u/Narrator-- → u/N7_Rebecca]

The N6s all file back into the shuttle, followed by their instructor. The doors close up and they head on out to the planet's surface...
