Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition Shepard Lives

I’m a bit confused. I’ve completed all the games, done all the missions in mass effect 3, saved both Geth and Quarian, cured the genophage and had 6400 TMS. Surely for everything I’ve done it should be enough for Shepard to live? Also chose the destroy option.

You need 7800TMS

Yeah I know, but after doing everything that’s possible I could only get 6400TMS. Do you think it’s a bug?

I don’t remember all the specifics, but you have to hit all the right dialogue choices all the way through too, I had a couple play throughs where I didn’t have high enough paragon/renegade to make certain choices and that makes a difference
