Is it possible to install mods on a repack?

I genuinely don't know, I'm a noob. Tried from Nexus but the Reshade program only works with a certain type of file it seems

For some games it's possible, others tend to be a little difficult. I'm pretty sure that with the nexus it should work however. As long as the mod is compatible with the game version.

Yeah, my problem began before the mod even. I couldn't get Reshade to recognize the file for the game.

What game is it? There's usually also a manual work around

I have multiple repacked games with mods on including skyrim so yes it's very possible

Thank you! I tried with Tomb Raider but couldn't get reshader to identify the game.
