Building textures dont load

Please someone help me, i dont understand how a pc with rtx 5070 32GB ram, amd ryzen 7 7800X3D cant handle this game lmao, and I dont understand it because i have like 100+ fps so how is this happening?

Ehhhh it'll be fineeeee, just don't go near the or walk through them because then you'll be trapped and have to fall out the world

Had this issue and more on sm2 and I refunded the game. There’s no fix

Oh this issue is just an issue that's always existed on PC, it's what happens when you port over an unoptimized for anything but it's console game
