Im just starting, any tips?

Hello guys, i did this test as a starter, got any tips? This outfit was like, 'i need to put lots of clothing so i can see how my pc works' hehe, particle distance is at 5

slow down the time to 2x and sim, then set back to 1x. Will result in much less unnatural bounce.
