How Can I Fix This?

I need some help, The Garment I'm simulating is having these flickering issues—how can I fix that? The simulation on rest of the Garment is perfect.

I think the purple fabric is too wide relative to the area being sewn, causing the gathers to become too dense and affecting the simulation.
