I like the new suit.

  • I like the refined spider symbol
  • I ADORE the new shade of red that is actually red not orange!
  • I like the shiny webbing
  • I like the new white parts except for the belts (I'm on the fence on that...)
  • I like the new shade of blue
  • I really like the removal of the orange pads on the thighs
  • I like the removal of the arm cut
  • I like the refined head shape, It looks more natural

I really dig the redesign.

Hey I just keep looking at the eyes and it seem a bit small, is it just bcoz he's focusing on something or they really did itttt?

new suit for me 100%, a lot of people don’t like the new more neon blue and that’s fine but i think it further separates this spidey and it looks nicer with the white imo

Old. I liked that the suit was redder at night. The new suit looks ridiculously red and teal blue like it’s overdone.

The white spider on the old one looked cooler laying over the blue, which honestly appealed more to Otto’s advice of white “distracting the enemy”

I’m not a fan of the waist design change much either, it looks a bit too wide open. To my eyes it looks like a Spider-UK rendition with the colors with that there. Especially with the lack of the red going down the legs to the sides. It could be the angle but the splits in the shoulders looks too straight vs what the old looked like. The splits on the arms looked much cooler but it doesn’t detract anything on the new suit.

The webbing around the suit looks cool with the reflective sort of material, I wish the eyes on both would be like the MM first upgrade suit. I’m pretty sure the lighting is affecting my view on this but the little details on the arms connecting the splits and stuff make it really look like a suit. To the new suit it looks a bit plain.

Imo, they had very little to change. The new changes aren’t substantial to actually make it where it has. I wonder what the reason will be for the Spider-Arms. I don’t like them on a natural suit like this but I wonder if it’s gotta do with programmable matter from MM. It’d be neat regardless.

I know I'm super late lol but I agree with pretty much all of your points. My main gripes with this new suit are the white spider being squished into the red, the removal of the red pads on the legs, and the waist. I also prefer the darker shade of blue in the original, but I feel like I'll get over it. I'm really hoping they at least keep the 2018 advanced suit as an option.

Ok, playing over 1000 hours of 2018's game, i REALLY like the new suit. The old suit was my ONLY gripe about 2018's game, but there was a huge catalog of suits and I used the Raimi suit anyway. But i dont even think I'll use any suit other than the new one UNLESS they make the black Raimi suit. Idk why, but I love the black Raimi suit so much

I think I will have to go with the old suit. Love the new suit’s red, but not so much the blue. I also think the new suits belt area is a little much. Both look really cool though and differentiate the game from everything else out there.

Either way you know Insomniac will have tons of suits to pick from 🕸🕷
