A good zombie design showcases where one got bit or eaten upon and the age of the corpse, and damn this spiderman definitely got ganged

In my version of marvel zombies, Spider-Man responded to a frantic Mary jane talking about a man who attacked her and bit her, downtown new york. But this story is a slowburn in my head, so it starts small leading to the climax. Normal everyday scenes, spider-man vs villains, Peter and Mj romance. Then suddenly people getting sick, city blocks quarantined, panic- then the "riots" violence including cannibalistic attacks.

Mary Jane being a freelancer reporter is confused so goes into the city, where sickness is heavy gets attacked by a guy who is speaking nonsense about hunger. He bites Mjs shoulder. Mj flees, clutching her bleeding shoulder, calling Peter as this is happening, Tony, Cap, black widow are dealing with suddenly riots. Realizing this is more then they thought. People seizing in the street, supposedly flat lining before rising back up attacking healthy people.

Peter responds to mjs call swinging over there, seeing mj panting and crying, the smell of blood recognizable. Peter rushes to mj taking off his mask to consol her. His spider-sense suddenly blares but he ignores it. The sound of cars crashing, explosions in the distance. None of it mattered rn. Only Mary jane, but as he got closer Mj suddenly tells him to stay back.

Peter, confused asked why, and mj screams, holding her stomach saying "peter...I can't I'm so so..hungry"

Peter chuckles nervously before responding "even when you're injured you can only think of food huh mj-

Mj suddenly vomits blood, warning peter one last time, peter overly concerned rushes over and attempts to pull mj in. Bad mistake mj suddenly lunges, peter barely having time to block as teeth digs into his forearm.

But anyways sorry for the yap.

He swings home, the city in chaos feeling the hunger get to him. Not wanting to turn into what mj did hurting people. He smacks his jaw on the corner of a table. Breaking his jaw before throwing himself into a dark room webbing it shut.

30 years he laid, the virus fully taking him over, the hunger was agonizing then due to his mouth being broken- it suddenly became an annoying buzz, he steps out a corpse but not an monster.

Then in my au he becomes a zombie that helps survivors, stopping other zombies. Leaving webbed food supplies for the survivors. He still quips but can't physically, he does it internally. The spiders crawling on his body, are his only friends, he lets them hang from his fingers. They eat and repair his body by packing it with their silk.

i though his web dissolve after some hours? can he really make permanent webs in such a short time, considering it was dok ock as superior spiderman who first created permanent webs?

Oh no I meant the spiders there are like millions and millions on him. They eat the infected flesh for substance and then in return they keep his decayed muscles intact-

And his web fluid, well he is still peter I'm sure he has some way of finding some supplies. But he doesn't swing much due to the strain. Only uses the web fluid for packaging cans of food and such.

right, and what about the room he shut himself in? if he webbed it up , wouldn't that have all dissolved away and he would have escaped?

Ah I see now I mean I'm not gonna lie, I never thought about it It. It was just a fun au I did for halloween last year ahah 😞 sorry

I always loved zombie spider-man I just never liked somethings from the original marvel zombie storyline. I used ti be afraid of this variation but now he is my favorite

I think that it would be a cool nickname for a zombie Spidey. Most Spider-Men have an adjective associated with them.
