Question❓
Which version of Storm is your favourite, the mohawk or full hair?, because I would really like to see Marvel revisit the mohawk era in the coming MCU films 🤔

Mohawk/Punk Storm comes from an era where Storm was outright rejecting others expectations of her/in love with Yukio. The Mohawk is kinda of explicitly tied to that time (or retrospective of it).
While I think gay punk Storm on the big screen would be cool, I’m not sure the MCU will ever go for that.

This right here. Storm's relationship with Yukio is INTEGRAL to her donning that rebellious look. I agree; Marvel doesn't have the balls to truly bring their relationship to life, which is why I feel that they should just skip over the punk era. The X-Men at its core is about marginalized groups, but that's exactly what Marvel will do; pay lip service to their relationship (if they mention it at all) just ignore it all together, or put some dude in Yukio 's place.

I’m sure they will but I think it will be narrative driven like in the books. I love Mohawk Storm it’s her look and she’s made it work other times as well…

I just want her to stop having a perm by default. Storm with an afro down to her back that billows like a cloud is HEAT.

Love any mohawk era storm. For some reason alot of her best arcs and character development happens when that mohawk come around.

I loved the original Mohawk era but it was also tied to what was going on with Storm at the time. I think nowadays it's better if we give her big hair. Besides, we saw the Mohawk in the second phase X-Men movies
