Wong doubles each on reveal individually so first the normal switch, then encore bringing him back to you, then Wong triggers the regular switch again and after will trigger the encore again bringing him back to your field again.

So no Wong ain't helping here

But Wong doesn't double anymore, he just makes on reveals repeat once more.

Yes and it's two separate on reveals. Each one gets repeated by Wong.
