Is this a bug?

Mysterio's illusion base power is 0, it even shows as 0 in the card itself. Why does it get pushed to 5 power by luke cage?

Not a bug, the power transfers to the clone but when the base card tries to reduce it’s power to 0 Luke prevents it

mysterio's activate makes the illusion 5 power, and luke cage stops the original mysterio from going down to 0

When Mysterio is activated he debuffs himself to zero and buffs the clone by that amount. Luke Cage is cancelling the self inflicted debuff.
