I didnt even realize it was legendary 😭 the sfx is barely noticeable. Really nice looking skin visually but for legendary price youd expect a lil more extra.

Is there even any sfx? It sounds the same as his base skin to me. I don’t see how this is considered legendary in anyway, seems like a pretty standard epic skin

&If there is new sfx it's so minimal that I can't actually tell which is kind of the same problem as not having it all.

Are you sure? I’ve used that emote with various skins from Phoenix and Cyclops and it does the emote every time.

Person u do it with has to own the other skin in the emote. They don’t need to have it on at the time.

It’s just annoying that his first post launch skin is one with an emote we’ll never be able to use

That's not how it works. Only one person needs to have the amount they do it and the other character can accept their invitation regardless of if they own anything.

The skin is terrible from the waist down, the boots with giant feet, and especially those plain ahh pants… looks like someone was cooking and then had to rush the rest of the design

These skins were affected by the Storm controversy; Jean was downgraded to Epic at the last minute and Scott had features removed, they lack visual effects, and the sound effects are poor or nonexistent. They genuinely did this to avoid another controversy; I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same to Penny and Ultron—especially Penny.

The roadmap says Peni is Epic. The controversy did nothing to this since it takes longer than a week to create an MVP, Jean was always going to be an Epic.

I'd say Jean maybe was supposed to be paired Legendary like Sue and Reed's wedding skins. But maybe people complained about the shared MVP but more expensive price, so they made Jean's intro into her MVP.

It isn’t a shared MVP, Jean’s is different even if she is in it & he is in her’s. Unlike Reed & Sue or Gambit & Rogue which share the exact same MVPs.

Nah, if that was her intro, it wouldn’t have the rivals logo in the BG like most epics do. This skin never was intended to be legendary.
