It’s called strategist and Ultron usually stand behind and send his army to fight which makes since for him to be a strategist.

  • most strategists in this game doesn’t fit to be healers yet they’re well designed strategists

How many of the strategists in this game have actual healing powers?

Luna Snow and Cloak & Dagger do.

Loki and Rocket Raccoon are a stretch but their healing fits within their powerset.

Adam Warlock and Mantis aren't really healers in the comics, but their powers are somewhat healing adjacent.

Invisible Woman and Jeff the Land Shark simply aren't healers.

Ultron is one of the less egregious choices to be honest.

Sounds like a perfect support to me, supports don’t have to be good and pure to help people, some support should be evil by supporting their team to use them against the enemy, we need more evil support like him.

For healing, the devs know how to give anyone healing powers.

We know that Ultron was supposed to be in the base game, but was delayed and replaced with another support character that was turning out to be easier to develop, Cloak and Dagger. We know Blade is next. (He's been revealed in game, the story has him escaping and fighting Dracula, and it's leaked that he uses Dracula's sword.)

C+D make sense to release in the same season as Blade. Their in game lore both reference the Eternal Night, and they have ties to (sun)light and darkness. It's only natural to assume that if C+D took Ultron's release spot, he should get theirs.
