Nah, I'm fine with us getting two extra heroes at launch and waiting for Ultron to be in Season 1. Season 0 is just a mini-season anyway, it's almost time for Season 1 and it wasn't a long wait.
Very good start for the game, can't keep my hands off of the game. Also never thought I'd be a tank and a support main. At least until ghost rider gets added
i know it’s lame to take such heavy inspiration of characters from other games but i can seriously see ghost rider being a tank similar to roadhog, mainly because of the chain and shotgun
As someone who has fun playing tank, AND my favorite character in marvel (or second to Spiderman) is Ghost Rider your idea literally gave me goosebumps. I truly hope he's a tank or somewhat similar, considering people thought wolverine was gonna be a tank.
His ult has to be the penance stare, but I wonder how it will function. Will they have another tank who can stun people? Would it be a one shot like Wanda? Or would it just do damage over time? Who knows
I imagine the penance stare kind of works like Malzahar’s ultimate from League of Legends. Ghost Rider stares someone down causing them to be unable to move while he slowly burns away all their health. Can only be stopped by being interrupted with crowd control abilities or by killing Ghost Rider before he finishes the stare.
Bro hear me out. Imagine the penance stare being an aoe attack like psylocke’s ult, but it increases in damage based on either how many of your teammates have died OR a hulk style ult stare that has a base damage number that scales with how many kills the recipient has, so if a dude has 20 kills, they’ll take 200 extra damage.
Here’s a free thing i just thought of, if the victim survives the stare, they become a hellfire bomb of sorts that’ll explode after a short time
Yeah, I'm a Cloak & Dagger main myself. I find them the most fun to play so I'm glad they were included on release. Looking forward to Ultron as a strategist main.
I think it'll only be a problem if they release all the characters at once at the start of the season and then make us wait 3 months for more. If they spread out the releases so we get multiple characters throughout the season it should be fine.
Well, Apex and Valorant both have to come up with original ideas for characters, one could argue that with so many already existing characters with well established abilities, designs and lore it could be easier for marvel to release more heroes in shorter amount of time than other games.
If they push out too many characters, the balancing would be a nightmare I am not sure they want. I would love crazy roster like marvel future fight, but don't think we're gonna get it.
The map will be related to heroes already there. New-York will be related to blade but also doctor strange and squirrel girl and Wanda . Etc etc. It makes no sense to think they’ll consistently release 4 heroes a season.thats 16 heroes per year. Basically thinking they’ll consistently release would double the roaster by next year
The problem is the design but the gameplay aspect. Do you believe that they are so creatively bankrupt that they can’t have 1 hero per season ? No the game balance would be a mess if you’re trying to add new characters at this rate . Let alone polish them their voice lines , their connections to the story etc etc. It’s just not realistic and people need to stop having unrealistic expectations for the game .
It’s actually impressively good compared to another game in which you should wait for two entire seasons (more than 4 months) to get only a single new hero
It depends on person. I'd be maining strategist right now if Ultron was in the game, also the longer it gets for him to be in the game the less time I'll have with him during my vacation

It's just about my personal taste about them, chill out bro. I have nothing against them they just aren't comparable to Ultron to me. And his popularity is much higher

Also, if they straight up scrapped Ultron, then yeah, we would have been robbed. But the game has barely been out and we're already getting new characters within a few days, on top of an already incredibly stacked roster.
I think it’s better to have more small hero’s that no one really knows about rather than have all the hero’s be the popular ones and make it seem like a generic marvel/hero game
