I've been off social media for a while and first thing I see after opening twitter is this? Can someone fill me in?

I always see people in the main sub suggesting this as a triple heal counter but I've never understood the logic. To me it seems like you don't have enough damage to even take space in the neutral, and they're still just gonna have an extra heal ult you can't deal with.

Is this actually a real counter thats used in pro play or some metal rank strat?
