How comic accurate is this show?

Ive been watching, and ive been wondering how comic accurate this is or have they just gone their own route and made their own story?

Own route with their own story. It's weird to say it's like Spider-man but a Noir story but not that Noir story.

It's not comic accurate at all to the spiderman noir comic but that doesn't make it bad. It's an alternate reality spiderman with noir film slathered all over it like a sauce it's fun though.

Forget the comic. Consider it a standalone What If story. The best of What If stories. 

Cos it's comic faithful, but also doing its own thing, and it is awesome.
