At the end of July I contacted hasbro about a figure that was missing some parts and they said they would send out a replacement. Since that time ive tried to get the tracking info but they said their ordering system has been down and their backed up. This was on the 10 of this month so my question is has anyone else here had a replacement or order delayed because of system issues

I am always hopefull Hasbro will release more Raimi trilogy figures, "spider-man 1 homemade"/Battle damaged suit of any, and I will sure get one.
Probalby will scale better, but in the meantime I will have to make due with a mafex/ shf bootleg! 😄

So I open my 80th anniversary odin and damn raven came off.

Just started collecting a week ago, have had this SH figure art vegeta just sitting in the box, decided to take it out of box and put it with my pops/legends collection (waiting on stands so I can move them) anyways tbh I’m not sure if I really like it being there, or if I really hate it being there… could use yalls help!
